
ADR Transport
If the products you want to transport are classified as dangerous goods, Zoom Cadiss has the necessary technical equipment for them. ADR is the acronym for "Accord européen relatif au transport international des marchandises dangereuses par route" (European Agreement on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road).
According to the agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods by road, special attention is needed for the packaging and marking of dangerous products, as well as for the preparation of transport documents. The cargo is transported with authorized vehicles, by ADR-accredited drivers. In conformity with the European agreement, there are the following classes of dangerous substances:
Clasa 2: Gaze
Clasa 3: Lichide inflamabile
Clasa 4.1: Substante solide inflamabile, substante autoreactive si substante explozive, desensibilizate solide
Clasa 4.2: Substante care se aprind spontan
Clasa 4.3: Substante care, la contactul cu apa, degaja gaze inflamabile
Clasa 5.1: Substante comburante
Clasa 5.2: Peroxizi organici
Clasa 6.1: Substante toxice
Clasa 6.2: Substante infectioase
Clasa 7: Substante radioactive
Clasa 8: Substante corozive
Clasa 9: Substante si obiecte periculoase diverse
ADR transport must be organized when it is necessary to transport substances and objects that, by their nature, can cause damage to people and/or the environment.
